Neighbors at a Houston area apartment complex grew concerned when they heard a loud argument break out between a resident and her boyfriend last Sunday night - then a gunshot rang out. Javion Williams, was fatally shot by his ex-girlfriend when he went to retrieve his property from her apartment. William Duplessie, surrendered to the police Tuesday morning. Authorities have said the victim was an Italian man who was tormented in a luxury Manhattan townhouse for weeks. Duplessie is the third person accused of kidnapping and torturing a man for nearly three weeks to steal his Bitcoin fortune. Duplessie surrendered to the police in New York City on Tuesday morning, Police Commissioner Jessica S. Tisch said. UPDATE: SUSPECT IN CUSTODY 20 Y/O BLK MALE Police in Waterbury, Connecticut, say a shooting at a mall on Tuesday afternoon has injured multiple people. Waterbury police Chief Fernando Spagnolo said at a news briefing that five people were shot at the Brass Mill Center. Their conditions weren't immediately clear but Spagnola said no one had died as of Tuesday evening. He said the shooter, believed to be a man in his early 20s, is not in custody and that police believe he knew the victims.
