Duplessie is the third person accused of kidnapping and torturing a man for nearly three weeks to steal his Bitcoin fortune. UPDATE: SUSPECT IN CUSTODY 20 Y/O BLK MALE Police in Waterbury, Connecticut, say a shooting at a mall on Tuesday afternoon has injured multiple people. Waterbury police Chief Fernando Spagnolo said at a news briefing that five people were shot at the Brass Mill Center. Their conditions weren't immediately clear but Spagnola said no one had died as of Tuesday evening. He said the shooter, believed to be a man in his early 20s, is not in custody and that police believe he knew the victims.

Two escapees from the Orleans Parish jail were captured in Southeast Texas on Monday while attempting to act as crash test dummies and crashing their vehicle while being pursued by numerous law enforcement officers. According to the Louisiana State Police, Leo Tate and Jermaine Donald were found in Walker County and arrested by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
