Production & Fulfillment Expectations

Thank you for supporting DARKHORSE LIONHEART APPAREL. Before you order, please allow time for both production and fulfillment, followed by carrier transit. These are separate stages, and shipping transit estimates do not include the time needed to prepare your order.

Production & fulfillment: before your order ships

This stage covers preparing your items, any required production, and packing your order for handoff to the carrier.

Standard production and fulfillment estimate: 7-10 days from order placement to carrier handoff.

This is an estimated preparation window, not a guaranteed ship date or delivery date. Please do not assume that every item is ready for immediate shipment.

Limited-edition & production-backed items

Limited-edition releases and production-backed items may follow a different schedule from standard items. Review the product page for item-specific production details before ordering.

Estimated production and fulfillment window for these items: 7-10 days

When an item has its own stated production window, use that information rather than the standard estimate on this page.

Carrier transit: after handoff

Carrier transit is the time your package spends traveling after the carrier receives it. It is separate from production and fulfillment.

Estimated carrier transit window: 2-3 days

Transit estimates can vary by destination, shipping service, carrier conditions, and other delays. A shipping label or tracking number alone does not mean the carrier has received the package. Allow time for tracking to update after handoff.

Planning for a specific occasion

Consider both preparation time and carrier transit when planning your purchase. All timing windows are estimates, not promises of arrival by a particular date. If you need an item for an event or deadline, ask us about the item's current production status before placing your order.
