WOKE CHICAGO MAYOR WANTS YOU TO CELEBRATE “AFRICA DAY” WITH HIM

While Americans spent Memorial Day weekend honoring the brave men and women who gave their lives to defend our freedoms, Chicago’s far-left Mayor Brandon Johnson chose to push his progressive agenda by celebrating “Africa Day.” Instead of focusing on the solemn sacrifice made by our military heroes, Mayor Johnson used the moment to deliver a message that many saw as tone-deaf and divisive.

“Hello, I am Mayor Brandon Johnson, and I am proud to join you in recognizing and celebrating Africa Day,” he said. “The continent of Africa is made up of 1.2 billion people with diverse countries full of rich traditions, cultures, and heritage. The African diaspora can be found in cities and countries around the globe.”

Rather than uniting the city around a day of national remembrance, Johnson prioritized a globalist message, ignoring the significance of one of America’s most sacred holidays in one of the most violent cities in America. Who’s going to tell this woke talking head that the country of Africa isn’t going to save the South Side of Chicago.
