(VIDEO) SHOOTING AT CONNECTICUT MALL LEAVES 5 INJURED/SHOT

UPDATE: SUSPECT IN CUSTODY 20 Y/O BLK MALE

Police in Waterbury, Connecticut, say a shooting at a mall on Tuesday afternoon has injured multiple people.

Waterbury police Chief Fernando Spagnolo said at a news briefing that five people were shot at the Brass Mill Center. Their conditions weren't immediately clear but Spagnola said no one had died as of Tuesday evening.

He said the shooter, believed to be a man in his early 20s, is not in custody and that police believe he knew the victims.
